Our lovely home from home features one double bedroom with its own toilet, two twin bedrooms, and a sofa bed in the lounge, making it ideal for families or groups of up to 8 people.
It's a brilliant choice for a relaxing family break, offering everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay in our exclusive Swift Bordeaux model.
Set in a prime spot on Primrose Field, you're just a minutes walk from the main entertainment complex, swimming facilities, and restaurants. You'll also have a wrap around balcony to enjoy the fresh air, plus private parking right outside.
WHAT YOU'LL FIND INSIDE
LOUNGE
A cozy lounge area featuring two standalone sofas and a pull out double sofa bed. It includes an electric fireplace, a flat-screen SMART TV, fun games, and a built-in Bluetooth speaker system.
KITCHEN
Fully equipped with a gas cooker, air fryer, full-sized integrated fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, and a variety of tools to meet all your dining needs. Additionally, the space includes a dining table and four chairs.
BEDROOMS
Master bedroom features a double bed, a wardrobe, a dressing table, Smart TV, and a hair dryer, along with an en-suite toilet and sink. Two twin bedrooms with a wardrobe.
BATHROOM
The family bathroom is equipped with a large sink, a toilet, and a generously sized shower, offering both functionality and comfort. Second en-suite with toilet and sink from the master bedroom.
DECKING
Patio doors open from the living area onto a wrap around deck with gated access and garden furniture, which includes a two seated sofa, two chairs, and a table.

WHERE WE ARE LOCATED
Our caravan is set on Primrose Field, plot 81, with a nice grassy area right next to it. It's in a great spot for getting to all the main facilities at Primrose Valley. The beach path is just a short walk away, giving you easy access to the stunning Filey coastline.

BOOKING INFORMATION
We offer flexible 3, 4, and 7-night stays to suit your plans, starting from Friday's, Saturday's, and Monday's. Every booking comes with those little extras that make your holiday special: a welcome basket to get you started, unlimited WiFi, Netflix and Disney+ for cosy evenings, plus fresh bedding and towels (one bath and one hand towel per guest). Haven play passes aren’t included but can easily be purchased directly from Haven once you’ve registered.
DEPOSIT
To secure your booking we require a £50 non refundable deposit to be paid within 24 hours (Please be aware that your booking will not be secured until the deposit has been received).
RETURNABLE BREAKAGE BOND
A £100 refundable bond is required to book this caravan, which will be returned after departure once the caravan has been cleaned and inspected. Typically, the bond is refunded within 48 hours of departure. However, if there are any delays due to circumstances beyond our control, you will be notified and provided with an updated timeline.
REGISTRATION TO HAVEN (PLAY PASSES)
We will proceed with registration only after full payment for the booking has been received. We kindly ask that the final balance is made 4 weeks before your holiday. For more information on passes, please click here.
